Finally, the time has come to show you the new gameswithdeath.com and tell you about what's in store for all of us in the future.
For the last five years, streaming on Twitch has been the sole focus of my content. I am so grateful for the friends and memories I've been given during this time. It has been a privilege to stream for you.
However, successful content creation requires honest introspection, recognizing hard truths, even harder work, and, most of all, the ability to adapt. Content creation, as an occupation/art form, has changed from when I started streaming in the late 2010s. Since then, I have learned much, and now is the time to implement those lessons.
From now on, gameswithdeath.com will be the starting point for my content. That content will consist of an archaic form of communication known as writing [ˈraɪtɪŋ] (click this link if you are unfamiliar). On this site, you will find articles and reviews on things I am passionate about, like games, the games industry, game design, gaming culture, content creation, hardware, low-grade horror movies, and more. Featured articles and reviews that are of greater interest will act as the basis for videos for YouTube.
I will continue to stream on Twitch three days a week (Friday at 6 PM EST and Saturday & Sunday at Noon EST), and I will continue to play Hunt: Showdown with friends on a regular basis. With this schedule, streams will be more consistent and contain more variety.
There is more that I have planned for the site, the stream, and in general, but I will keep quiet about those for now. Thank you for reading this. Thank you for all the support over the past five years. I am very excited about what's to come.
